UGTRADERS is a third-party trading broker designed to help people who are unable to trade by themselves. We manage trading on behalf of our clients, allowing them to participate in trading without having to personally monitor markets or place trades.

Our purpose is simple: to help people participate in trading by providing a service where they can entrust their funds to UGTRADERS for trading on their behalf.

UGTRADERS is available to:

• People who cannot trade independently — You don't need experience or time to monitor markets
• People in Uganda — We operate from different corners and locations across Uganda
• People abroad — Our services are available to eligible users outside Uganda
• People from other trading companies — You can join UGTRADERS even if you've been associated with another trading company

UGTRADERS works as a third-party trading broker:

• Step 1: Create an account and deposit funds
• Step 2: Our professional trading team manages trading on your behalf
• Step 3: Profits and capital are provided according to the company's process and terms
• Step 4: You can monitor your investments through your dashboard

You don't need to monitor markets or place trades yourself. Our team handles all trading activity for you.

Yes! UGTRADERS operates from different corners and locations across Uganda and is also available to people who are abroad. Our reach is not limited to Uganda, allowing the platform to serve clients beyond geographical borders.

Whether you are currently in Uganda or outside the country, UGTRADERS is designed to give you access to our third-party trading service.

Absolutely! UGTRADERS can also be used by people who have previously been associated with another trading company.

Whether you are coming from another trading company or looking for a different third-party trading service, UGTRADERS provides an alternative way to participate in trading through our platform.

Not at all! UGTRADERS is particularly designed for people who may not know how to trade or who may not have the time to trade themselves.

You don't have to spend your day watching charts or trying to understand every market movement. With UGTRADERS, the trading activity is handled through our third-party broker service on your behalf.

Creating an account is simple:

• Click the "Register" button on the website
• Fill in your full name, email address, and phone number
• Create a password (minimum 6 characters)
• Enter a referral code if you have one (optional)
• Agree to the Terms and Conditions
• Click "Create Account"

Once registered, you'll be automatically logged in and redirected to your dashboard.

To reset your password:

• Go to the Login page
• Click on "Forgot Password?"
• Enter your registered email address
• You'll receive a password reset link
• Follow the link to create a new password

You can update your profile information from the Profile page:

• Click on "Profile" in the bottom navigation
• Go to the "Edit Profile" section
• Update your full name, email, or phone number
• Click "Update Profile" to save changes

UGTRADERS offers multiple ways to participate in trading:

• Agent Investment: Select a professional agent who trades on your behalf. Each agent has a commission rate and success rate.
• Level 1 Investment: No agent required. Earn 3% daily return with a minimum investment of UGX 10,000.
• Coin Market: Invest directly in cryptocurrencies and trade based on market prices.

The higher the success rate of an agent, the higher the chances of earning more.

Level 1 Investment is a simple investment option that doesn't require an agent:

• Daily Return: 3% per day
• Minimum Investment: UGX 10,000
• No Maximum: No upper limit on investment amount
• No Agent Required: You invest directly
• Auto-Payout: Returns are automatically paid daily at 6PM

Agents are professional traders who trade on your behalf:

• Each agent has their own commission rate and success rate
• You can select an agent from the Agents page
• Higher success rate = Higher chances of earning more
• Each agent has a minimum purchase amount
• The agent's success rate determines the reliability of returns

To invest in coins:

• Go to the Market page
• Browse the available coins (BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, etc.)
• Click on any coin to view investment options
• Enter the amount you wish to invest (minimum UGX 10,000)
• Confirm your investment
• Your investment will be tracked in your portfolio

You can monitor your investments and cash out when the price increases.

When the coin price goes down, your investment value decreases. However:

• You can choose to hold your investment until the price recovers
• You can cash out at any time, even at a loss
• You can partially cash out a portion of your investment
• Your profit/loss is displayed in real-time on your dashboard

The UGTRADERS referral program allows you to earn commissions by referring friends and family:

• Level A Only: The referral structure consists of Level A
• 5% Commission: You earn 5% on qualifying referral activity
• Commission on First Deposits: You earn 5% on your referred user's first deposit
• Easy Tracking: View all your referrals and commissions on the Referrals page

You can find your referral link in two places:

• Referrals Page: Go to the Referrals page from the bottom navigation to see your link and share options
• Profile Page: Your referral code is displayed on your profile

You can copy the link and share it via WhatsApp, Telegram, Email, or any other platform.

You receive referral commissions when:

• Your referral signs up using your referral link
• Your referral makes their first deposit
• The deposit is verified and completed
• The commission (5%) is automatically credited to your account

You can deposit funds using two methods:

• Mobile Money: Dial *185# and follow the instructions. Send to the provided number and submit your deposit request.
• Binance: Send crypto to the provided Binance ID and submit your deposit request with your Binance username and transaction ID.

Minimum deposit is UGX 10,000.

The minimum deposit amount is UGX 10,000 for both Mobile Money and Binance deposits.

There is no maximum deposit limit.

Deposits are typically processed within 24 hours of submission.

However, processing times may vary depending on:

• Payment provider confirmation
• Verification requirements
• Peak transaction periods

You will receive a notification once your deposit is confirmed.

You can withdraw funds through the Withdraw page:

• Go to the Withdraw page from the bottom navigation
• Select your withdrawal method (Mobile Money or Binance)
• Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (minimum UGX 10,000)
• Fill in the required details (phone number, account name, or Binance details)
• Submit your withdrawal request

The withdrawal fee is 5% of the withdrawal amount.

For example, if you withdraw UGX 100,000:

• Fee: UGX 5,000 (5%)
• Net Amount: UGX 95,000

The fee is automatically calculated and displayed in the withdrawal summary.

The minimum withdrawal amount is UGX 10,000.

You must have at least UGX 10,000 available in your trading account to request a withdrawal.

Withdrawals are processed:

• Processing Hours: 24/7
• Allowed Days: Monday to Saturday
• Typical Processing Time: Within 24 hours

• Technology Risk: System or internet failures

• Loss of Capital: You could lose some or all of your investment
