Terms of Service

UGTRADERS operates as a third-party trading service designed for individuals who may not have the experience, time, or ability to trade financial markets independently.

The service allows eligible clients to use UGTRADERS for trading-related services in accordance with the applicable terms, procedures, requirements, and conditions of the service.

UGTRADERS may operate and provide services to eligible users located in Uganda and, where legally permitted and supported, eligible users located outside Uganda.

By using UGTRADERS, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms.
• You understand these Terms.
• You agree to comply with these Terms.
• You are legally capable of entering into an agreement.
• The information you provide is accurate.
• You will not use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• You will comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• You understand that trading involves financial risk.

UGTRADERS services are available only to persons who are legally permitted to use such services in their jurisdiction.

UGTRADERS may restrict access to individuals in certain countries, regions, jurisdictions, or categories of users where required by applicable law or company policy.

Users are responsible for determining whether they are legally permitted to use the services in their jurisdiction.

Users may be required to create an account before accessing certain UGTRADERS services.

During registration, users may be required to provide information including:

• Full name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Country of residence
• Account information
• Identification information where required
• Other information reasonably required by UGTRADERS

Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials.

Users must not:

• Share passwords with unauthorized persons.
• Allow another person to use their account.
• Attempt to access another user's account.
• Circumvent security controls.
• Attempt unauthorized access to UGTRADERS systems.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify UGTRADERS as soon as reasonably possible.

UGTRADERS may temporarily restrict an account where suspicious activity is detected.

No Guarantee of Profit: UGTRADERS does not represent that trading will always produce a profit. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Trading Risk: Trading financial markets involves risk including market volatility, price fluctuations, liquidity risk, execution risk, and trading losses.

Client Funds: Any funds provided by a user must be handled according to the applicable service terms and procedures.

Deposits: Users may fund their accounts through payment methods made available by UGTRADERS. UGTRADERS may impose minimum or maximum transaction limits.

Payment Verification: UGTRADERS may verify deposits and payments before crediting funds to a user's account.

Withdrawals: Users may request withdrawals according to the applicable withdrawal procedures. Withdrawals may be subject to account verification, transaction verification, applicable limits, and processing times.

Withdrawal Information: Users are responsible for providing accurate withdrawal information. UGTRADERS is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect payment details supplied by a user.

Transaction Reversals: Once a transaction has been completed, it may not always be possible to reverse it.

Fees: Applicable fees, charges, commissions, or other costs may apply to particular UGTRADERS services.

Currency: UGTRADERS may display account information and transactions in currencies supported by the platform.

Trading Results: Trading results displayed on the platform may represent current, historical, estimated, pending, or completed information depending on the status indicated.

Referral Program: UGTRADERS provides a referral program for eligible users.

Referral Abuse: Users must not manipulate or abuse the referral system. Prohibited activity may include fake accounts, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, fraudulent registrations, and spam.

Referral Commission Changes: UGTRADERS may modify the referral program where reasonably necessary.

Prohibited Activities: Users must not use UGTRADERS for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, identity theft, hacking, or any other unlawful activity.

Anti-Fraud Measures: UGTRADERS may monitor accounts and transactions for suspicious or unusual activity.

Anti-Money-Laundering: UGTRADERS may implement procedures designed to prevent money laundering and other financial crimes.

Account Suspension: UGTRADERS may suspend an account where there is a reasonable basis to believe that these Terms have been violated, fraud has occurred, or verification requirements have not been satisfied.

Account Termination: UGTRADERS may terminate an account where permitted by applicable law and these Terms.

Effect of Termination: Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations or rights that arose before termination.

Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, UGTRADERS will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including market movements, third-party failures, internet disruptions, and user errors.

Force Majeure: UGTRADERS will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, and major infrastructure failures.

User Acknowledgement: By registering for or using UGTRADERS, the user acknowledges that they have read these Terms, understand that trading involves risk, agree to provide accurate information, and agree to comply with the UGTRADERS Terms of Service.
